From the moment you walk off the street into the building
entrance, OZGUYZ HOMESTAY gives the
of air space and comfort with a modern flair.
Guest accommodation is a
queen sized room, with own use bathroom. The room looks
out on to a balcony to which guests have access,
both have sweeping views across South Melbourne to
the Eureka Tower and the city beyond.
Guests share the
lounge with their hosts which has all day tea and coffee
facilities.

to the building is a 25 metre indoor lap pool, tennis court
and small gym for use by guests within the hours of 6.00am and
10.00pm.
For those who
are travelling by car, there is limited guest parking.
The apartment is 15 minutes to the airport by car or taxi and
5 minutes by tram to Flinders Street Railway Station and the
heart of the CBD. This is
also an easy 15 minute walk.
